       In 2011, my family took me on a cruise to the Bahamas and for the first time ever, I was able to see the world! This marked the trip that earned me my first passport and planted the first seed of daydreams that carried me through the toughest years of my life. Even after losing myself to depression during 2016-2019, I never lost my aspirations to travel. The depression I suffered was severe, but the thought of being able to see the world and travel one day motivated me. And in 2018 I started planning my first great adventure to embark after graduating college in 2019. I had a grand idea of traveling solo, just me and a backpack, for three months on a trip that opened my eyes to how much travel could change a person for the better.
        
        It wasn’t just the views or the thrill of this adventure; it was the spark of life inside that I saw. It gave me reason to believe that the world is not only beautiful but also vast and magical. That drive to meet more people, experience more cultures, and to evolve as a human has burned in me ever since.
        
       I founded SideQuest World Tours because I wished to be able to help others feel a sense of wonder as well. It goes beyond vacations; it’s about allowing people the opportunity to step beyond the known, to find the growth they never wanted, a chance to entertain themselves with the rich experiences that our world has to offer. This goes out to all the people scared to travel alone, to the people who feel like they don't have the time or money, to the people who just don't know where to start, let me handle your next great adventure! Together, we can write stories you'll tell for the rest of your life.

SideQuest's Roadmap

  • Year 1: 

    • Launch SideQuest World Tours.

    • Host the first two group trips (August and December).

    • Establish partnerships with local businesses and secure initial bookings.

  • Year 2: 

    • Expand to six group trips.

    • Launch beta SideQuest Cards online to engage the community.

    • Recruit the first tour directors to lead trips.

  • Year 3:

    • Launch the official travel app with SideQuest challenges and tools.

    • Host over 20 group trips and grow partnerships globally.

    • Introduce sustainability-focused initiatives in under-touristed regions.

  • Year 4: 

    • Double the number of trips hosted annually.

    • Expand the SideQuest brand with a loyalty program.

  • Year 5:

    • Host 70+ trips annually.

    • Launch luxury SideQuest experiences, including bucket list tours.

  • Year 6: 

    • Scale to 125+ trips annually, reinvest in innovative tools, and solidify partnerships with major global travel providers.
